What are the office hours?
The office is open Monday – Friday from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Saturdays from 9:00 am – 4 pm and from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm on Sundays.

When can I access my unit?
Access hours are from 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Am I required to store long-term?
Store with us short or long-term. We offer flexible month-to-month leases. No unfair contracts or commitments.

What security features do you offer?
At Swift Self Storage we are committed to making sure our facility is safe and secure. The property is fully fenced and lighted with electronic gate access and entrance keypads. Only tenants who have a private entrance code have access to the facility. We have 24 hour recorded security camera surveillance and our on-site resident manager monitors the property throughout the day and night.

How do I determine which unit size to rent?
Use our online storage calculator to help determine the size you need. Or, give us a call and one of our knowledgeable and friendly professional managers will be happy to answer your questions and help solve your self-storage needs.

What can I store in my unit?
Almost anything! Household items including furniture, dishes, clothing and appliances. Seasonal items including holiday decorations, outdoor furniture and lawn equipment. Business equipment, files or furniture. Storing animals, any type of food, guns, flammable, hazardous our any illegal materials or items is prohibited.

Why Climate Controlled storage?
At Swift Self Storage our Climate Controlled units are both temperature and humidity controlled, keeping your belongings safe from Florida’s hot, humid weather, helping to protect them from mold, mildew, rust and corrosion.
Is insurance required?
Although we offer many levels of security to help protect your items, Swift Self Storage wants to make sure that your belongings are safe from any unforeseen or accidental circumstances. We require that all units are insured and offer tenant insurance ranging from $2,000 to $5,000 of protection per unit, the choice of coverage is yours.

What is required to rent a unit?
Renting a unit can be done on-line or in person. You need to be at least 18 years old, have a current government-issued photo ID, current address and a current phone number at which you can be reached.

What do I need to move in?
If you have opted out of the tenant insurance program provided by Swift Self Storage you will need to provide a copy of your homeowner’s insurance declaration page, confirming that the contents on your unit are covered under your policy. We provide you with a free lock, but you are welcome to bring your own lock if you prefer. For your convenience, we also have moving carts and dollies available to help with your move.

Am I able to purchase boxes and supplies?
Swift Self Storage has a wide variety of boxes and other moving and storage supplies available for purchase at the facility. Everything we offer is competitively priced. Contactless curbside pick-up is available – simply call, complete your purchase over the phone and we will then load them in your car or trunk.

How do I pay my storage bill?
Rent is pre-paid and due on the 1st of each month. You can pay by mail, in person, or on-line. We accept checks and most major credit cards including American Express. Sign up for our Swift Pay program and never have to worry about when the rent is due again! We accept all major credit cards and cash.
